Here at DontBottleItUp you can work out how risky your drinking is, access personalised advice online and, if you are a Haringey resident, find out where you can get face-to-face support in Haringey.
DontBottleItUp allows you to complete the Alcohol Use Disorders Identification Test (AUDIT). AUDIT is made up of 10 multiple choice questions on how much you drink and how often, and the effects alcohol has on you. On average, it should take only 2 minutes to complete.
DontBottleItUp is a site created by HAGA, Haringey’s local community alcohol service, which supports people affected by alcohol misuse.
